This follow-up workshop builds on the foundational concepts introduced in Part 1 by focusing on the practical integration of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Developmental, Individual-Differences, Relationship-Based (DIR/Floortime) approaches through real-world case studies. Participants will explore how to move beyond theoretical discussions and implement collaborative, individualized strategies that address communication, regulation, engagement, and skill development.
Using detailed case examples, this session will demonstrate how behavioral and developmental frameworks can be combined to support meaningful progress across settings. Emphasis will be placed on clinical decision-making, understanding the child’s individual profile, addressing sensory and regulatory needs, and honoring the child’s agency while promoting learning and independence. Participants will leave with concrete strategies that can be applied immediately in educational and clinical settings.
Teachers, therapists, social workers, and other early childhood professionals working with young children will benefit from this webinar.Â
