Obtuvo su grado de Maestr铆a en Artes en Educaci贸n con una concentraci贸n en Supervisi贸n Educativa de la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico. Posee un Bachillerato en Artes en Educaci贸n Comercial de la Universidad de Puerto Rico. Cuenta con la Certificaci贸n Internacional de Coach, Conferencista y Capacitador de Maxwell Leadership. Las experiencias profesionales en el campo de la Educaci贸n Temprana comenzaron como asistente de maestra, continu贸 como maestra, fue Directora y Administradora de Centros de Cuidado Infantil. Lleva m谩s de 16 a帽os ofreciendo mentor铆a y talleres.
