In this uplifting session, “Mindful Me,” early childhood teachers and therapists will learn to integrate simple yet impactful mindfulness practices into daily routines. Through breathwork, sensory play, movement, and imagery, you'll discover how to help young children develop emotional balance, focus, and inner calm. Learn how to create calming corners, use props that invite self-awareness, and bring mindfulness into both classrooms and homes. Speaker's Biography
Shareen Ratnani is the Vice President of Academics and Operations at Kipinä Kids Indonesia and the Chief Program Officer at ANPS (Association of National and Private Schools in Indonesia). With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, she is a passionate leader, Montessori advocate, and parenting coach. Shareen co-founded her own chain of Montessori-inspired preschools and has trained educators and parents across Asia through workshops, conferences, and leadership forums. She has delivered keynote speeches and workshops globally, including at NAEYC, the World Forum Foundation, and ANPS. She also holds advanced certifications in early childhood leadership, curriculum, and parenting. Shareen is known for her ability to inspire educators and families to nurture emotional intelligence and build joyful, mindful learning spaces for young children.

Host's Biography
Dr. Scott Mesh is the Director of Young Child Learning and the CEO and Co-Founder of Los Niños Services which serves 2,000 young children with special needs each year through homecare and center services. He is a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with young children and their families and is an expert on assessing young children for developmental disabilities and autism. He has helped thousands of parents over the years make the transition to gaining help for their children through early childhood special education services. He is a leader in early childhood development and working effectively with parents.
