10 Mindful Tools for Happier, Healthier Kids (ASWB/ASHA)
Presented by Bari Koral & Dr. Heidi DiEugenio | November 13, 2025 7PM EST
1 HOURÂ | LIVE ONLINE via ZOOM | INTERACTIVE
Explore how movement, music, and mindful food experiences can help young children build emotional regulation, body awareness, and readiness to learn. Teachers, therapists, social workers, and other early childhood professionals working with young children will benefit from this webinar.
This session brings together two complementary approaches: from Bari and Yogapalooza: joyful, classroom-friendly yoga and mindfulness practices that help children (and educators) transition from silly to calm, and from Dr. Yum: creative strategies to help children explore food with curiosity, reduce mealtime anxiety, and build healthier eating habits.
Participants will engage in movement, music, and a live guided food exploration.
