Webinar FAQs (Important, Please Read)

 

1. You are REQUIRED to submit the Time-In Form to get the Zoom link. Time-In Form will be sent to you an hour before the webinar.

2. Handouts are provided during the webinar via Zoom chat.

3. Monitor Spam/Inbox for emails either from [email protected].

4. The PowerPoint presentation WILL NOT BE SHARED after the webinar to protect the privacy of the content and respect the intellectual property of the presenter.

 5. Please attend the webinar on a larger screen for the best viewing experience.

6. HOW TO GET CE CERTIFICATE/CREDITS? As per CEU guidelines, you MUST...

- Fill out the time-in form (to be sent before the webinar)

- Fill out the time-out & evaluation form (to be sent after the webinar)

7. UNABLE TO ATTEND? All our live webinars become available as recorded courses on our website 4-6 weeks after the live session. For $19, enjoy 6 months access, videos trimmed for easier viewing, and get a certificate once you complete the course.
