How To Create Visual Tools To Help Communication, Comprehension and Cooperation
Presented by Susan Cuoccio, MS.Ed | August 5, 2025 7PM EST
1 HOURÂ | LIVE ONLINE via ZOOM | INTERACTIVE
Visual tools dramatically improve our ability to teach young children how to communicate, comprehend, and cooperate with others. All types of learners will benefit by incorporating visuals into our classroom. We can promote independence and remove barriers to understanding by consistently including visual support in the learning environment. Sometimes, students can feel overwhelmed in a classroom with many children and many learning demands. Visuals can allow children to feel more calm and receptive to learning. In this presentation,we will provide examples of common visuals used daily, and explore how to create and adapt visual tools to meet the diverse needs of our students including those with different learning styles and needs.
This webinar is intended for Early Childhood teachers, therapists, and other professionals that work with young children.
